Kitty Yeung is an award-winning filmmaker and artist from Hong Kong, known for her experimental and stylised approaches to imagery and sound.

 

Her work, celebrated for its artistic depth, reflects a strong commitment to collaborative storytelling and a passion for integrating diverse creative disciplines. With extensive experience in producing artist-driven and artwork-centred films, she has honed her craft through a variety of roles.

She previously served as the Head of Production (Lead Producer & Production Manager) at Nowness Asia and is the founder of the production company Pissbaby and the art collective 135YCS, both of which serve as platforms for her to channel her observations and emotions through imaginative narratives

Her work has garnered international recognition, with screenings and showcases at prestigious venues and platforms such as

She holds a Bachelor of Social Science with First Class Honours from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), where she majored in Journalism and Communication (Creative Media) and minored in Sociology.
